In 1987, according to a world map published by Horizons, the Church of Christ/Christian Church was at work in 51 nations of the world. Today, 23 years later, a revised world map shows the Church of Christ/Christian Church at work in 136 nations. God has more than doubled the spread of the Gospel in 23 years. Praise God! Rejoice! We are not in retreat! We are multiplying! Since we are undenominational and independent, this writer is quite certain that this listing is not complete. but we know from personal knowledge that the Gospel has spread to these 136 nations:
