Dr. Blythe Robinson ~ World Outreach Co-Ordinator

Dr. Robinson was born and raised in the Appalachian Mountains of Pikeville, KY. He became a Christian at sixteen and entered the ministry at eighteen, while attending the Grundy Bible Institute in Grundy, VA. At eighteen he served his first church and preached his first revival and for over twenty years served in several located ministries. Over the years he has worked in almost every facet of ministry. Through these years he continued to obtain more education. After attending many schools, both secular and religious, he completed a B.A. degree in Ministerial Studies at Roanoke Bible College, an M.A. Degree in New Testament from Harding Graduate School of Religion, and later two doctoral degrees in clinical psychology. His Ph.D. is from Union Institute in Cincinnati, OH, and his Psy.D. is from Wright State University School of Professional Psychology in Dayton, OH.
He established Daystar Counseling Services in Youngstown, OH and went on to complete two doctorates in Clinical Psychology. Daystar became a nationally accredited outpatient mental health facility with a staff of only Christians providing outpatient mental health services. He held three state licenses for the practice of psychology and opened offices in four major cities. During this time he was the guest minister in many churches. He conducted revivals, family/marriage seminars and workshops while serving on various community boards to promote Christian based mental health services.
His first mission trips were in 1970 when he traveled to Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand with Reggie Thomas of White Fields Overseas Evangelism. Over the years he made other mission trips to Antigua and Montserrat, Haiti, Cuba, two trips to China, and two trips to Russia. In 2002, Dr. Robinson decided he wanted to devote himself to fulltime overseas evangelism. He has since traveled again to Fiji and Australia, and then went on to Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, Liberia and Ghana (Africa), and India. Recently he traveled to the Muslim countries of Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates, which is next to Saudi Arabia and across from Iraq and Iran.
